Is there any way I can download gta4 from the internet and transfer it to my harddrive cuz my disc is messed up and I don't know anybody who has it.

You can flash your DVD Drive which will allow you to play games burned on a DVD+R Dual Layer Disc.

I have the game I just need to install it to my harddrive so I can play it cuz my disc is scratched up and I don't know anyone who has the game so I was wondering if there was any way to download the game from the Internet and transfer it to my harddrive so I can play the game even though my disc is scratched up.

Like I said above, the only way you can do that is if your xbox is flashed.

So I can't transfer the game data from my computer to my harddrive. I would have to burn the game and flash my DVD drive.

In other words-Forget about it its hard to do,you can easily get banned,and gta5 trailer is coming out Wednesday so who needs gta4 :P

It's not hard at all, it takes me less then 5 minutes to flash drives.
You would need to Flash your DVD Drive, then Download GTA, then burn it to a DVD+R DL.

5 min huh , wow that is a records , I think  ;) . Can u teach me how to flash 360 or Is there a tutorial in de forum

I've been banned twice but I would play backups online that hadn't been released yet. Just be careful. I haven't been banned in over two years now.

Haha. I know, right? I use to do that. I haven't played online with a backup in years. When I invested in a jtag I just decided to buy every game I knew I wanted and use back ups as a way to 'test' a game. It's a good way to judge if you want to spend $60 on a game or not. The risk isn't worth the reward anymore for me.
