My bad for wrong forum.
I'm not sure what I did wrong then, I sign in, it signs in, but says the windows live id is invalid or something like that, and then on MW2 says profile not allowed to play on XBL.
What I did:
Extract profile, open in Le Fluffie and followed your vid tut, opened in profile editor to make sure it wasn't corrupted, rehashed/resigned in modio, put back onto HDD, signed in, and did not work.
Wow, I just re-read what I typed and it sounds retarded, but I'm not going to remove it cause maybe I missed something. Lol.

Help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes, multiple times, I've also repeated all of the steps three times, first time profile was corrupted, second time it worked but not online, same for third attempt. I hit Fix / Verify to check if they were true, Fix again, then closed / loaded into modio.

[e1]I saw a video where the guy used profile editor after using a game adder, and he added them offline, am I supposed to add them offline? I didn't change the setting when hitting "Unlock All", it was on Locked and I just hit unlock, am I supposed to use Unlock Offline?
[e2]When I did offline, it makes my profile information invalid and I can't sign in. :/ I must be a retard.

Am I doing something wrong or are the programs faulty?

I don't see how. I'm following the instructions to a T, and have done so multiple times :/
I downloaded the newest cracked version of Modio from here, and it worked.
The last version I had was from some youtube link, and I guess the rehash/resign didn't work properly or something.
All works now, well, so far. :p
