Problem with horizon/usb harddrive

First of all when i plug my USB hard-drive in horizon wont pick it up. I tried running it as admin and it still doesn't work. Oh and also when i plug my USB hard-drive the autoplay wont work. I can see it if i open my computer and it shows it as (H:) drive, but horizon wont pick it up.  :P

If it's formatted to the xbox 360 it should should get picked up.

Connect it to the 360 and go to Memory in the settings and then click Y on the USB Device and hit Configure...
