Change profile display name for xbox live profiles

Hello all, is there a way to modify the profile files so i can change the display name? Its an xbox live profile for Trials HD. I want to name it like "TrHD" or sth.

If that isnt possible, is it possible to inject a new picture with the name on it?

I allready used search function

Modded gamertags are patched, and if you inject a custom picture it won't sync with xbox live.
