Is there Any way to play a GOD with a profile for the same game but not exactly that same specific game. For example say I download a profile for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and the profile is good and everything but one of the links to download the game doesn't work. Is there any way I can download the game from somewhere else and still use the profile to play it seeing how it essentially is still Bad Company 2. Please help!

There is a way to do that,vand its actually quite easy.

All you need to do is download the full GOD from elsewhere, then download the working profile and  as many of the links to the game associated with the working profile. Then open the links you have and go through the folder structure till you get to a folder made up of loads of numbers and ending in .data . When you see that folder you also see a tiny file with the same 'loads of numbers' name, but ending as .con

Just extract that tiny *.con file and copy itover to the full version of the GOD you got from elsewhere, replacing the existing *.con file. Thats it, the Working profile will now run the complete GOD fine.

This process is really simple, perhaps more so than I have tried to explain. Basically, any GOD from XBox Live is, obviously, associated to a particular profile, and the file in that GOD that says what profile can load/play it is always the *.con file (which is always the same name as the *.data folder). So, if you have a working profile for say Halo Reach, and you have Halo Reach from another place that the original profile that came with it no longer works, just get the first few (usually only the first itself will do) archives of the working GOD and extract the *.con file (usually 3 or so folders deep) and copy it over the *.con file of the Halo Reach (whose profile dont work no longer) and the working profile will then be linked to that version of the GOD and play it just fine.

I dont know why but I cant seem to explain this simply, but all you're doing is replacing one file, I hope you can understand what to do, and if not I hope somebody who does understand the process can explain it more clearer than I can.

Anyway, this does work I have done it many times and it saves redownloading a complete GOD that you already have, just to play it with a new, working profile.
