Finding latest firmware for softmod

Could anybody point me in the right direction on where to download the latest firmware for my xbox slim to do a softmod? I've been looking around but can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I was looking right at it but didn't think it was the latest one. Is there anything out there to let you do a softmod without having to take the console apart? Like a cable that could hook the drive to the console or the pc at the same time?

Flashing your console deals with it's DVD Drive, which is inside the case. You'll have to open the case before you can do anything.
