you can get the update early if your a american user by going on last.fm if you already haven't and i am not sure beacause i am canadian.... :(

Should be fixed pretty soon, I just updated mine and was able to connect.

If you have a flashed console, you shouldn't update with modded firmware.

why flashed console shouldn't update ? is it g2 return to stock fw

You should always return to stock firmware before the update. If you updated it with modded firmware you have a chance of being flagged.

u right but i been 2 times update dash with flashed xbox but still can sign in to xbl. i update using usb. btw is it console flagged or just my account  If I updated it with modded firmware ?

It depends on if they are scanning for modded firmware. If they did then your xbox would be flagged instantly, but if they didn't then you should be alright.
