Can I use an external hard drive for modding???

So I'm using Modio and I think the two ways to mod would be to use a transfer cable or a usb flash drive? Well can I use an external hard drive that connects using a usb?

That would be considered a USB Device so yes.

I think you can only format up to 16 gig on the 360...unless you have a Jtag, then the usage is endless.
