This Tool Is Awesome For People Who Mod Borderlands.
You Can Change Parts On Your Weapons.

Example: The Elephant Gun,
It Has No Scope, I Added A Scope
It Shoots One Sniper Bullet, I Added A Rocket Launcher Mag.

So It Has A Scope And Shoots 3 Bullet Bursts!

NO! this still works. i made a sniper this morning that does 1,234 dmg. its great.

As a fan of Borderlands, just thought I'd post the updated WillowTree v2.2.1 (2011-02-28) with updated "X360.DLL" (2011-08-06):
(Modded save in the screens is also included, comes as advertised. No quests completed for people who want to experience the story with a 'head start' or for your modding pleasure. If you want just as is, Rehash/Resign to your gamertag)
