Modio Problem

Why can't i connect to modio? It worked yesterday but now i can't log on, it says can not connect to remote server.
And when i try to go on Game-Tuts it wont load, and i have tried both modio the new one and the old one so please help, I even DISabled firewall but it didn't work.

I was told the server crashed, and the owner doesn't have a current backup so some stuff may have been lost.
Not 100% sure though.
