Marble Blast Ultra - XBLA Thief

Is there any way to get the licenses for MBU working? My brother wants to play the game on his Xbox, but I bought the game with my profile. I would have just bought the game from the marketplace on his profile, but it's no longer listed due to a licensing issue between Microsoft and Garage Games. So now it seems there's  no way to unlock the full version. Any ideas?

The only games that you can get for free are already in the program.
You can't get anymore without a modded profile, which are patched.
