Not that I know of, but if you use it you'll just be reset to 0 Gamerscore and then you can't get Achievements for the games you have already played.

not true.  i got modio and horizon diamond and didn't use them until after the new update (i think) and everything's working fine except for the awards i unlocked via horizon.

that's something that isn't that big of a deal though.

So to make this short, no you can't get it free, and no i would recommend you either get someone to do it for you or support the people who made it and pay for the usage of their product.  After all how would you feel if you made something spectacular which everyone used, but you never got a dime for it?
