every time i add a game and verify and fix it i noticed it dosnt load up in horizon so i cant put it onto my profile it says theirs a error loading profile any help appreciated

Hi thanks for the app but I have a problem .... Whenever I open my profile into this program it says size confliction .... I have added like 4 games to the account it says it on but now I cant open it up again due to that message... By the way I still can log into the account on my Xbox 360
