EA Games Resigner?

I found this program but i'm not exactly sure as to what it achieves..
Does this mean it can be possible to Mod EA games... And get past EA checksums ..
Could Some1 explain ..

*Please Read*
With a game being in the Non-MC02 category does NOT mean it isn't modifiable,
it's just you wont be able to use the http://www.forums.xbox360-content.com/xbox-360-modding-programs/5434-ea-games-resigner.html to resign the game.
With that being said it's up to you to figure out how to modify and edit gamesaves,
this thread was created to help you figure out which game title's are compatible with the

if it calculates the checksums, then the Xex doesn't need the checksums removed.....  right?

so this would allow modifications without the use of a JTAG??? 

all you would need is a flashed or Hotswap...
