Upload, Download, Like...
This Is Save Sharer!


Save Sharer Features:
  • Upload your saves to share with the other users of Save Sharer
  • Download saves uploaded by the users of Save Sharer
  •   Search through a list of saves by title or game name
  •   Login(needed to upload saves) into Save Sharer with your XboxMB username
  •    Like a save to let the users know that it is a good save
  • Manually refresh to know if there are new saves uploaded
  • Rehash and resign your save directly after downloading it
  • New updater, reducing the app size of 4 mb
  • New comments system to give your opinion on a save uploaded by another user
  • Use custom settings to download your saves
  • Right click on a save to upload it
Future Update Features:
  • New share button, copying a URL for you to share
You need to run as admin. Why? Because of the registry key I use for the share button and for the context menu("right click on a save to upload" menu).


Preview:




*Here you can see the add of a comments system (200 characters comment), share system(not available in the current version, send a link to your friend and he'll be sent back to this save in Save Sharer) and the little arrow on the download button let you rehash and resign your save.


*Download settings let you choose where you want to download all your saves (no more file dialog will appear when you download) and choose your ID sets for rehash and resign.


*Brand new register form. All users will have to create an account if they want to comment and upload saves.

I'm pretty sure this is clean, but please provide a virus scan from http://virustotal.com
Also I'd just like to say the finished product is amazing, keep up the good work!

Those two reasons that forces you to run the program with admin rights are bs. There are plenty of other tools which have contextmenus and without admin rights. And I doubt you have to use the registry for anything. Use a local file.

If not now, future versions could very well contain some malicious payload after you build up trust with one.

Not recommended!

You need to run as admin because Save Sharer need to write the registry key. A lot of tools with these two features (custom URL protocol and context menu) are installed and they write the registry keys while installing. You will ask... "Why do I need to run as admin on each launch?" Because it to catch error if a person had deleted the key.

looks pretty good.  I've used it a coupe times.  It just needs more games though.  Can anyone put a modded save of mafia 2 on it??
