i thought it would be funny to have this on 1 of my spare accounts but would this have a game id and would it be possible to add

It is most likely not possible. Reasoning:Most of Microsoft's shit like that have to be activated server side.

It is possible to add any game, Through the XBL Glitch method, unless somebody uploads the GPD
