TUTORIAL;
First; RIP Waw to your jtag then switch the patch which is in the download
Second; Load up the game on your jtag then create a system link game then start it
Third; Go on your retail xbox and join the system link after you get infected back out of the game then sign out MAKE SURE YOUR PROFILE IS ON YOUR USB ALREADY
Fourth;Now go on your desktop
Fifth; Download USBXTAF and  get your profile out of your usb then extract it to your desktop
Sixth; Drag it into Horizon then replace the 4156081C.gpd with the one given then hash and resign
Se7enth;After you hash and resign put your profile onto your USB then load up waw again
Eight;Play the game with the profile onto the usb sign in then go into a public match or private match and have fun

You need the GPD, and a JTAG to infect yourself.

You just have to run a system link lobby while using the right patch and gpd.
