How To Soft-Mod Your Nintendo Wii


This Tutorial Will Show You How To Play Burnt Games On Your Wii






Install Homebrew Channel


1. Put Your SD Card Into Your Nintendo Wii
2. Turn On Your Nintendo Wii
3. Click On Wii Options, Bottom Left Hand Corner Of The Wii Menu
4. Click On Data Management
5. Click On Wii Channels
6. Click On SD Card, Top Right Hand Corner
7. Click On YES
8. Click Continue
9. Go Up To Install Homebrew Channel, Click A
10. Click Yes To Continue
11. Let It Install, After It Installs Click A Then Exit


Install Backup Loader


1. Turn On Your Nintendo Wii
2. Open The Homebrew Channel
3. Click On apps/clOSRev7.boot.dol
4. Click Load
5. Click Agree Then Click WAD Install
6. When Completed Click Restart Wii


Install DVDx


1. Turn On Your Nintendo Wii
2.Open The Homebrew Channel
3.Click On apps/DVDx/boot.dol
4. Click Load
5. Click Advanced Install
6. For ISO Choose 249, Use The Dpad
7. Click Install


Final Installation


1.Turn On Your Nintendo Wii
2.Open The Homebrew Channel
3.Click On apps/WADmanager1.3/boot.dol
4.Click Agree, Click A
5. Click Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma
6. Click A, After It Installs Hit The Home Button


You Now Can Play Burnt Games Using Backup Loader

I ripped my own games via DVD Dumper, it just rips them over wifi i used a seperate router just incase it slowed my main router down. but the only trouble is it take 2 to 2 and a half hrs to rip,

I Have Had No Problems With Backup Launcher You Just Have To Mess With The Options Sometimes!

Also I Suggest You Download Games...Ripping Is Not Always Successful!

I used imgburn for all my burning, including 360 games and wii games.

Plus the wii only uses DVD discs so can get them cheap

Download Games From www.wiiiso.com

After Downloading the game, open imgBurn, hit browse
open your Game
put a DVD+R in your DVD drive
Change the wright speed to 3px
hit burn

only use good quality dvds, had trouble with cheap ones, been downloading wiiware myself playing the old classic games, www.rom-freaks.net this site is has got a few,

you can also change the region of the wiiware wads with FREETHEWADS, just google it and it gives u the download and there are plaenty of tuts on youtube
