ready to jtag help?

hey i need to know how to jtag my xbox, i have seen like three diff tuts and i dont want to screw it up. also if you could give my tuts on like how not to get banned for the jtag and account, and how to mods games ex. mw2, b.o., halo reach, halo 3. thank you for your time.
