JTagged an Xbox that was fine, as soon as i turned it on after flashing it, it had the RRoD, i tried everything to get rid, any idea if it was a bad flash that could have caused it?

Check your wiring. Also, did you get to boot into FreeBOOT or XBR after you flashed at any point? If not, then you may have done a bad flash.

I have a similar problem.  I got sold a updflash.bin file and flashed straight away..
Xbox restarted and had 3 Red Lights?

Could I fix this ???

Do you have a backup of your flashdmp.bin? If not, then no you can't fix the problem. If you have a backup, then you'll need to flash it back to the NAND.
