Nope, It's The Same As Halo 2 Just Values Like The Smg Bullets Would Be Like (398747) And The Rockets Would Be Like (456390)
All You Do Is Swap Values...

i loved halo 2 mods your pistol would be atomatic and shot tank bullets there is skin mod and you can do it all without a dev kit but  i still really want a dev kits but there 800-4000$ lots of money

Yes there are... Campaign mods... They aren't leaked and if you feel like finding them out ask jester he might tell you but most likely not lol...
