Using USB to transfer files

Hi this is my first Tut post so please bear with me. In this post i will be describing how to get content (profiles, dlc, ect.) from your computer to your xbox and vise virsa. First off you will need a few things. Your going to need a usb drive that is not only compatible but configured with your 360. You can do this by inserting the flash drive into your 360, finding system settings, scrolling down to memory, and selecting memory unit. Your usb flash drive must be over 2GB because formatting it will take up 2GB worth of space. And don't worry if your using a large flash drive the xbox will allow you to select how much space you would like to use for xbox storage. And not all flash drive are compatible with this (the xbox will tell you if your drive is not of high enough quality)
Next your going to need to download a program called USB XTAF (you can find it in the following post
http://myxboxsaves.com/xbox-360-modding-programs/links-to-all-programs/
props go to kill seth for this one)
Once downloaded and unzipped your ready to go
Transferring from the xbox
If your wanting to edit items already on your xbox simply go back to your memory screen in your system settings... select hard drive... find the items you want to edit, select them and use the move feature to move them (no need to use copy) to your memory unit.
Now remove the flash drive from your xbox and insert it into your computer. Open the usb xtaf program that hopefully you unzipped to your computer. Now select File ---> Open Drive (the actual name depends on what version your using) This will automatically open up the flash drive allowing you to see what files are on it.
Now what you will see is primarily from what i understand the same thing you will see when you are using a transfer cable or a memory card reader. You will have a folder labled content and in can be a bunch of folders (the ones beginning with E are typically your profile And the one with a bunch of 0's is where dlc will go) To copy a file off once you have located it your simply going to open up your file explorer on your computer... figure out a convient place to put them and drag and drop them from usb xtaf to the designated folder. Now your free to edit your game saves.
Placing items onto your flash drive from your computer
Once you have figured out what your going to transfer to the flash drive open the USB XTAF program as well as the folder where the file is stored on your computer. If your replacing a game save you have edited simply open the folder where you found it on xtaf right click the original file and select delete. Now drag the new file from your computers folder into XTAF. However if your placing DLC onto the flash drive you must first figure out the designated destination of the file (usually the great ppl that give them to us are kind enough to tell us this file destination.) Once this is done unplug the flash drive from your computer, insert into your xbox and simply use your Memory option to move these items back to your Hard Drive.
Once again this is really my first post so if you have any questions or comments on how i can improve this feel free to let me know. And sorry this is so long and in depth... couldn't get pics up so just decided to go with this XD Have fun and happy modding
