Modio Not working for me

Does anyone know why my modio either will not start up ( Aka Stuck on Splash Screen) And also it does not connect to the internet when i get on it so it does not retrieve the latest updates and what not.?


I was thinking bout getting VIP too so its really aggrivating me atm
