Help Modding Fallout 3

Is there a save editor thats free *unlike modio's VIP BS* that I can use to edit just my money?
The caps glitch is to time consuming for enough ammo and stimpaks that actually make a difference.

Also, the complicator editor is a pain.
Something with a GUI maybe? To much? Okay...i'll back off.

If there is anything out there that can do this for me...please help.
