Have:
Marathon
Lightweight
Commando

Get a 4 kill streak, equip your care package smoke marker. but dont throw it.
Holding the smoke makes you run twice as fast.

That + the above perks = SUPER SPRINT. Just run around knifing. I just won a FFA just from knives :D
