Step 1,
Go into a Lobby with you and 1 other person

Step 2,
Search for a Search & Destroy Game

Step 3,
Once there is about 5 other people in the lobby besides you & your friend, Back out and have ur friend back out too

Step 4,
You both should be in the online lobby where you search for games, now click on Private Match And start the game up right away.

Step 5,
once you can move around in the private match, Have the "Host" Join Someone's session on His friends list

Step 6,
Your friend should now be in a private match by himself, have him end the game and People Should start joining randomly and u can invite ur friend and make fun of them or w/e you want

No you can't get exp, this is strictly for fun and to hear reactions of people when they say " why the hell am i in a private match?!!"

can they keep coming back or is it a one time thing

Yeah if they leave and search for a search & destroy game again there is a possibility of them coming back into the same game
