I did not find this but thought I would share
Call of Duty MW2 Glitches - Infinite Air Drops + Tutorial
Basically what u do is you get a
4 kill streak -  care package
5 kill streak - sentry gun
8 kill streak - emergency airdrop  
then what u would do is go over a weapon then knife, pick up the weapon and press right on the dpad
After that you should have your care package thing out  
then throw a secondary grenade(flash,stun) and then your care package after you throw you will find you still have your care package    
Ta Da do this as many times as you want
when you run out of secondary grenades or grenades just kill yourself and you will still have    
The care package
*In order for it to be unlimited you must have scavenger on so you can continue to pick up grenades.

This might be patched soon so do it while it lasts
