Program not opening

I have a problem with i guess a few programs... To start with the most important, i can not open Horizon or XBLA_Thief, but when i went to my task manager to see if anything was even popping up, i noticed under "Processes" that the XBLA_Thief, takes up 16,474k memory from the computer, but again nothing will pop up....... With Horizon it will pop up in my Processes then quickly leave, can anyone help me out?

Yes, before i had 1.0.4.1 and when i got the .1.0.5 i tried to open it (neither will open nor 1.0.4 or 1.0.5.) and i just downloaded horizon, this also happens with Minecraft but i can play it in the browser

XBL Thief works for me. I'm not sure about Horizon. Maybe delete the whole program and reinstall.

1. Firewall could be blocking it.
2. Virus program could be blocking it.
3. Don't have the required .Net Framework.
