Bio Shock 2 "Rapture Metro ( map pack)" dlc

Check this out. Every Time I try Download Bioshock 2 DLC "kill'em softly" (free dlc) from Live, in the end they always give me wrong DLC . the wrong dlc is a map pack for Multilayer  "Rapture Metro" that's not free . so It's just me or someone here get same think  :-X
