yeah it prolly wasnt ever "safe" to use content that you didnt purchase yourself, i wouldnt say that more people are getting banned because its been a ban here and there, and the waves usually come when there is a new release out, which id say we're due for another one with the release of gears of war in a week, then battlefield 3 next month and modern warfare 3 out in november, so id be cautious, but honestly if youve downloaded and used games that werent purchased by you in the first place even if you havent played in months there is still a slight chance you could get banned either way. they cant catch us all!
