people who want to get the XBLA games but can't cuz the links are broken that is because people are getting banned for playing those XBLA games and i think Kill_Seth removed them but you can play DRM-free contents without any worries of getting banned and Seth can you confirm this?

DRM-Free means it's not assigned to any console/profile.
