This is the DLC from the OXM disc #80.
As far as i know it is DRM free and I have had no problems with it
on my console that is not jtagged.

Note: this DLC can be used to get the "Shameless Self-Promotion"  achievement in rock band 3

connect the hard drive to your pc - open xplorer360 - open the hard drive -
go to Content\0000000000000000\45410829\00000002 -
then you should have unrared the files you got.

in the DLC folder there is a file called copy that to the dir above.
