These files are compressed with 7-Zip, so you need to have it installed on your computer. After you have downloaded all the parts to one add-on, you need to right-click on part1(001) and go to 7-Zip/Extract Here. Once it has finished extracting the file, you can transfer it to your device. If you are getting a "Unspecified Error" It's most likely because you are trying to extract the content without having all the parts in one location.

Thanks for the uploads!

However, I don't think the Mr. Torgue DLC is working properly. I've loaded up all the DLC so far, and it seems to be working, except I can't find hide nor hair of the Torgue content. Unless there's some sort of in-game requirement I haven't met yet, I'm not sure what to do. Gonna try re-installing it ...

EDIT: Ugh, still doesn't work. Doing some digging around and from what I can find it appears the DLC campaigns from the disc add on are buggy and don't like to work, even if you use the actual disc. The only safe bet is the Mecromancer. She works.

There seems to be an issue with the retail copy but the content is DRM-Free. We will just have to wait till gearbox addresses the problem. You can see people who bought the retail copy are having problems here: http://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/forumdisplay.php?f=161

Wow. And here I thought DRM-Free content was dead. Great work, Seth!

There will probably be a Game of the Year Edition which may or may not be DRM-Free. Patience.

Not to be an ass, but why would you open a file like that in notepad? Like Seth said, there are easy to follow tutorials for Horizon and/or Ellipse.
