imo i think gamertag modding was useless cause nearly every game i went in there was at least 1 person doing it so it wasn't that special :)

i know its a bit of a headache to do if it was possiable but do u think if we took apart the xbox and connected a computer to it we would be able to read the system patches if there was a program to read the data?

You would have to find the chip or use a modchip/JTAG to find things like that
